Essential Functions:

  • Analyze experience of care surveys and other patient feedback data to identify key areas for improvement.
  • Lead or support department level initiatives by applying structured process improvement and change management principals and tools.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to clinical staff to enhance empathy and communication skills.
  • Round on patients and families to address concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Assist in the delivery of training programs focused on quality, compassionate care.
  • Support local patient experience champions and collaborate in patient experience meetings.
  • Help clinical caregivers understand and apply patient experience feedback to improve care.
  • Foster a culture of empathy and inclusivity among caregivers.
