As our Patient Logistics RN, you will orchestrate all transfer center activities for CommonSpirit Health facilities. You'll collaborate with hospital administration, nursing leadership, medical staff, physicians, and transport vendors to ensure seamless patient transfers, acting as the crucial liaison between referring and Dignity Health facilities for admissions.
Every day you will actively engage in all transfer-related activities, meetings, and education, facilitating patient movement from entry to acute hospital settings.
