Our nurses use assessment skills to review and complete interventions related to patient clinical data (e.g. vital signs, weight, and other health related questions). Nurses have the ability to engage with one patient at a time, build trusted patient relationships, and provide patient education and coaching to make a meaningful impact and improve patient outcomes. As an RN, you will also evaluate data to determine if any medical intervention is warranted and outreach to the provider for orders.
