• Handle and elevate patient feedback to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
• Perform accurate patient registration and screening, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Ensure timely billing and same-day collection of payments.
• Maintain clinic readiness, including cleanliness and proper functioning of self‑service kiosks and waiting areas.
