As our Patient Service Rep PCC (Patient Contact Center), you will serve as the crucial first point of contact for our patients, embodying compassionate care and effective communication aligned with Healing and Humankindness. This role is central to providing exceptional patient experience by accurately and promptly addressing inquiries and facilitating access to healthcare services, directly contributing to the well-being of our community members.

Every day you will manage a high volume of calls, emails, and other communication channels, expertly scheduling and registering patient appointments for multiple providers while adhering to specific guidelines and clinical decision trees.
