This is a casual/per diem (as needed) position for an internal teammate, Linda Brown, who will assume their current position and the additional casual assignment.

May include working at West Mason Urgent Care and/or Kaukauna Urgent Care.

Pay Range:

$20.80 - $31.20

Major Responsibilities:

Creates the initial electronic health record that serves as the foundation of the patient medical record that is utilized by all members of the healthcare team.
