Patient Services Coordinator – Scheduling, Insurance & Billing

Mediclinic Group is seeking a Patient Administrator in Abu Dhabi to enhance patient care quality by efficiently handling appointment scheduling and medical insurance processes.

The ideal candidate will have completed secondary education and possess 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare. Key responsibilities include managing billing and meeting customer service expectations.

Preference will be given to designated groups as per the UAE Emiratization Program.
