Patient Services Representative

Shift and status

Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., no weekends

Onsite Training for 6 months, after training is complete will be required to be on site two days a week and 3 days from home.

Job Summary
The Interventional Endoscopy Patient Services Representative Referral Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling Interventional Endoscopy procedures, managing incoming referrals, and serving as a primary point of contact for patients, providers, and referring offices. This position ensures timely referral processing, accurate appointment scheduling, and exceptional customer service through management of clerical phone lines and patient communications.
