**Position Overview:**

Serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, and referring providers at the Ray Dolby Brain Health Center. Provides exceptional customer service while supporting the coordination of specialized outpatient brain health and memory care.

Schedules new and follow-up appointments, neuropsychological evaluations, and social work services. Reviews referrals, verifies demographic and insurance information, maintains the electronic health record (EHR), and assists patients in navigating their care.

Responds to patient, family, and provider inquiries while coordinating care with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, neuropsychologists, social workers, and other members of the care team. Processes medical records, required documentation, patient forms, and collects applicable ...
