Pattern Sample Technician

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and grade patterns both flat-pattern and CAD based on sketches and technical packages.
• Work with design team and suppliers to create first samples and analyse fit.
• Lead fittings, analyse fit issues, and perform pattern corrections for production.
• Create marker layouts to optimize fabric usage and reduce waste.
• Maintain a digital pattern library and update Tech Packs throughout the development process.
• Coordinate with designers and factories to solve technical issues.
• Participate in fittings, providing technical support and advice on product development and handling any modifications required.
• Keep the pattern archives updated.
• Work closely with the buying team to support the fit development process from a technical perspective.
