The Paving Superintendent is responsible for leading and managing multiple paving projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material suppliers while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within specifications. The Superintendent provides leadership and supervision to assigned employees, overseeing their selection, training, development, and performance management. This role requires confidentiality, sound judgment, and strong leadership skills . Work hours typically range from 8 to 14 hours per day, Monday through Friday (day or night shifts).
