Payment Posting Specialist - Medical Biller

One of our clients is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Payment Posting Specialist.

Roles/Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Post insurance payments (EOBs/ERAs) accurately and timely
• Post patient payments (cash, credit card, online payments)
• Reconcile daily deposits and payment batches
• Identify and flag discrepancies, underpayments, and denials
• Work closely with AR team on corrections and follow-ups
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• All payments must be posted within 24–48 hours of receipt
• Zero tolerance for errors or unbalanced batches

Requrements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in medical payment posting
