Payments Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Payments Data Analyst to join our Digital Risk team at Frasers Group. Reporting into the Payments Data Analytics Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the analysis and reporting of eCommerce payments and fraud performance.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their data career who is passionate about analytics, payments, and eCommerce, and keen to develop their skills in a fast‑paced, commercial environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Produce, validate and maintain regular reporting and dashboards covering:
  • Payment performance and costs
  • Fraud and chargeback trends
  • Operational metrics for the fraud and payments teams
• Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies and performance issues
• Investigate unexpected movements in data and support root cause analysis
• Respond to ad‑hoc data requests from Digital Risk, Finance and eCommerce teams
