Job Description
Location: Hermosillo, Sonora
Modality: On-site
Salary: MXN 20,000 gross monthly + performance bonus
What you’ll do- Review assigned accounts and analyze balances, histories, and billing schedules
- Identify payoff opportunities and calculate approved offers
- Explain payoff options and negotiate agreements with clients
- Coordinate account updates and closeout actions with billing
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Billing, or Accounts Receivable
- Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and filtering
- Full bilingual English and Spanish
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Quarterly performance bonus
- MXN 1,000 monthly food vouchers
- 5 PTO days per anniversary year
