Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of payroll accounts and resolution of payroll discrepancies
- Preparation of payroll payout voucher
- Preparation of related payroll accounting reports
- Review and verification of payout schedules, deductions, and payroll taxes
- Close coordination with HR department for payroll related matters
- Assistance and addressing employee payroll inquiries
- Safekeeping of confidential payroll information
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- With at least 2-3 years of work experience in Accounting or FP&A
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles
- Proficient in spreadsheet applications and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to collaborate with team members across departments
