Payroll & Accounting Specialist

Position Summary

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000

Location: Vancouver, Canada

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Payroll

We are seeking a positive, motivated individual with strong payroll knowledge, quick learning ability, excellent organizational, analytic, and technical skills to join our group of professionals based in Vancouver.

Responsibilities

• Works closely and collaboratively with other members of the Payroll, Benefits and HR teams.
• Process most, if not all, time‑tracking entries on each pay‑period basis.
• Enter/Upload EIBs and maintain employee data and transactions in the payroll system (including tax elections, direct‑deposit changes, cost‑allocation changes, taxable benefits such as tuition, parking, gym, other benefits, termination payments, vacation payments and ad‑hoc salary/wages/bonus payments, hourly & overtime, and other payments).
