:Working as part of a busy and supportive payroll team, the Payroll Administrator will play a key role in maintaining payroll compliance, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the smooth operation of the payroll function across the business.
While payroll experience is beneficial, we are equally interested in strong administrators with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data with precision. Full training and support will be provided to develop your payroll knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input, check, and validate large volumes of payroll data
Audit overtime, absence, and time & attendance records to ensure accuracy
Maintain and update employee records, including starters, leavers, and changes
Analyse payroll data and identify discrepancies, resolving issues promptly
