  • Process monthly payroll, including new hires, terminations, adjustments, and incentives
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and benefits
  • Prepare and distribute payslips to employees
  • Ensure compliance with labour and tax legislation (BCEA, LRA, Income Tax Act)
  • Prepare and submit EMP201 monthly declarations (PAYE, UIF, SDL)
  • Manage EMP501 reconciliations and generate IRP5/IT3(a) certificates
  • Maintain SARS eFiling and compliance for all payroll-related matters
  • Handle UIF administration, including registrations, terminations, and monthly submissions
  • Manage COIDA processes, including registrations and annual Return of Earnings
  • Provide employee support, payroll reports, and ensure POPIA-compliant handling of information
