Payroll Advisors (Permanent positions)

We are looking for permanent Payroll Advisors to support school administrators and principals via phone, email and our ticketing system. They process payroll transactions in line with legislation and employment agreements.

Full training is provided to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to support our customers in your role.

A typical day includes joining your team for a morning hui, supporting our customers, processing various payroll changes, and enjoying social interactions with our friendly teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional customer service skills, ideally in a call centre environment.
• Ability to analyse and evaluate information to inform decisions.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and software.
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
