Payroll Analyst Intern (HR Operations) (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Manage monthly end-to-end payroll activities including collating, validating inputs and outputs, and statutory reporting
• Participate in improving and implementing payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Support payroll and benefits processes in line with new policies, laws, and regulations
• Provide payroll reporting and analysis and assist with internal and external audits
• Effectively manage payroll vendors by adhering to contracts and SLAs
• Develop relationships with authorities such as Social Security and Tax agencies
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the HR Operations team to elevate employee experience
