Develop and deliver routine and ad-hoc reports, analyses, and metrics within required timeframes to support payroll operations and decision-making. Analyze and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of critical payroll information. Reconcile general ledger accounts related to payroll, identifying and explaining variances, and ensuring alignment with financial records. Provide clear and concise commentary on key drivers of variances in the general ledger, particularly those related to payroll transactions. Support additional payroll-related projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
