We are looking for a skilled Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our client in New Bedford, Massachusetts. This role is essential in ensuring accurate payroll processing and seamless benefits administration for employees across multiple locations. Responsibilities:

• Process payroll cycles, including weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly schedules, for both hourly and salaried employees.

• Manage employee data updates such as new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, transfers, garnishments, and other HR-related modifications.

• Maintain and audit payroll records, ensuring accuracy in general ledger entries, benefit deductions, tax withholdings, and reconciliations.
