Assistant will be responsible for processing factory payroll, maintaining accurate attendance and payroll records, calculating salaries, overtime, deductions, and other payroll-related transactions. The role involves preparing payroll reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and supporting HR and Finance functions through accurate data management and reporting. Advanced MS Excel
and the ability to handle large volumes of employee data efficiently.
Qualifications
Mandatory experience in
Factory Payroll Processing
Strong knowledge of
Payroll Administration
and attendance management
Advanced proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Reporting)
