Key Responsibilities
+ Process weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
+ Review timecards for accuracy, including overtime, PTO, and adjustments
+ Maintain employee payroll records, including direct deposit and tax withholdings
+ Calculate wages, bonuses, deductions, and garnishments
+ Ensure compliance with payroll laws and internal policies
+ Assist with payroll tax filings and W-2/1099 preparation
+ Reconcile payroll reports and support general ledger postings
+ Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
+ Support audits and maintain documentation for compliance
+ Collaborate with HR and accounting on employee changes and reporting
