Payroll Clerk - 5-Star Luxury Boutique Hotel | Limpopo
(not a live-in position)
R15 000 – R17 000 pm – Urgent
We are urgently seeking a detail-driven Payroll Clerk with VIP Payroll expertise to join our finance team.
Responsibilities:
-Full payroll processing on VIP Payroll (Sage VIP)
-Process payroll inputs and statutory deductions (PAYE, UIF, SDL)
-EMP201 & EMP501 submissions
-IRP5 reconciliations and tax year-end procedures
-Leave administration & payroll reporting
-Maintain compliance with SA labour legislation
-Assist with audits and payroll queries
Requirements:
-Proven VIP Payroll experience (non-negotiable)
-3–5 years payroll processing experience
-Strong SARS legislation knowledge
-Advanced Excel skills
-High level of accuracy and confidentiality
-Relevant Payroll/Finance qualification advantageous
