Intugo, in partnership with a leading U.S. company specializing in electrical contracting and public infrastructure projects, is looking for a Payroll & Compliance Coordinator to support certified payroll operations for union electrical construction projects in California.What you'll do:Process weekly payroll through Foundation softwareReview timesheets, job classifications, overtime, and double timePrepare and submit certified payroll reportsSupport audits and compliance documentationPrepare union reports, fringe benefit calculations, and trust fund contributionsRequirements:2+ years of payroll experience (construction, trades, or union environments preferred)Experience with payroll systems (Foundation, QuickBooks, or similar)Understanding of prevailing wage and union payroll complianceBilingual English/SpanishBenefits:Gross Monthly Salary: $28,000 MXNPrivate medical insuranceFood vouchersSavings fundLaw BenefitsChristmas bonus
