We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant – SAP Mexico to support and enhance our payroll operations and systems landscape. This role requires deep hands‑on expertise in SAP Mexico Payroll , including configuration, schemas, rules, and functional troubleshooting.

The consultant will play a critical role in ensuring seamless payroll execution and resolving integration challenges between Oracle systems and external payroll vendors . This is a highly collaborative role requiring both technical and functional payroll expertise, along with strong communication skills in Spanish and English .

The position follows a hybrid work model based in Monterrey , with flexibility to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
