Payroll Coordinator (Mississauga)

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this position is responsible for the Ontario Payroll of Unionized Drivers, Dock and Office Staff, ensuring that payroll is completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Bi-weekly Highway Driver payroll processing through Oasis
• Study and gain working knowledge of Union contracts relating to payroll.
• Review and support Terminals with payroll processing of City Driver, Dock and Office Staff through UKG
• Analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy of payroll and provide Terminals with training and guidance.
• Monitor and train terminals on entering payroll corrections and correct any ongoing errors by working with in house IT Team on programing.
• Support Terminals with identifying employee errors on trip sheets and guide terminals on how to train employees.
• Calculate Linehaul pay. Submit corrections to TCMs to review with Drivers.
