Job Description
Looking for a Payroll & Data Analysis Administrator in Johannesburg North area.
Requirements:
- Intermediate to Advance Excel skills- pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, data analysis
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Experience with payroll admin / agricultural packhouse operations (beneficial)
- Attention to detail, accuracy
- Experience working with large datasets and produce meaningful reports
- Strong communication skills
- Grade 12
Responsibilities:
- Analyze payroll hours and attendance records
- Verify & reconcile time-sheets with payroll reports
- Analyze production, packing, export weight data
- Excel reports, dashboards, summaries for management
- Identify discrepancies and trends in labour efficiency and production output
