Job Description

The Payroll Lead plays an important role in overseeing and managing the end-to-end payroll function at Nexon, reporting to the General Manager – Finance. The role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll for approximately 600 employees, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. 
Payroll is processed in-house using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The Payroll Lead will be responsible for the administration and operational management of the payroll system and will act as the primary liaison with the organisation’s SAP managed services partner who manages system configuration, enhancements and technical changes. 
This position will collaborate closely with the finance team, senior management, HR and department heads to ensure accurate payroll processing and provide timely reporting and insights to support business decision making.
