Role Overview The Accounting/Payroll Manager is a detail-oriented payroll professional responsible for supporting payroll dispute resolution, payroll runs, and vendor coordination during a critical transition period. This role initially focuses on identifying, managing, and resolving payroll-related discrepancies, then transitions toward establishing best practices and supporting ongoing payroll system stabilization and optimization.



Key Responsibilities

· Investigate, track, and resolve payroll disputes in a timely and accurate manner.

· Partner cross-functionally across the company to gather information and drive resolution.

· Coordinate directly with the external payroll software provider (PeoplesHR) to address discrepancies and ensure alignment.

· Maintain organized documentation and tracking of all payroll issues and resolutions.
