The Payroll & Billing Manager is responsible for managing the full spectrum of payroll and billing operations, ensuring all processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with statutory requirements. This role serves as the primary escalation point for payroll and billing matters and plays a key part in maintaining high operational standards within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll and billing processing
• Remain actively involved in payroll processing, especially for:
  • Complex cases
  • Peak periods / team capacity gaps
• Validate payroll inputs (salaries, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions)
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll output and billing submission
• Perform and review payroll & billing reconciliation
