Payroll Manager

We are looking to hire an exceptional Global Payroll Manager who can work effectively in a rapidly expanding work environment. The successful candidate will manage a high-performing team of payroll analysts and ensure accuracy in payroll processing. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Global payroll processing using Workday HCM, managing commissions, biweekly and semi‑monthly cycles, preparing termination checks and off‑cycle payments, ensuring timely and accurate payroll with strong data integrity and compliance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws, and completing all payroll regulatory filings accurately and on time. Conduct quarterly and year‑end reconciliation of payroll and stock transactions.
• Manage daily operations, collaborate to build and scale the payroll department, strengthen internal controls and accurately manage day‑to‑day operations.
