The Payroll Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end payroll operations for the Philippine organization within a shared services environment. 1. Payroll Operations Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for the Philippines in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
- Oversee validation of timekeeping data, earnings, deductions, benefits, tax computations, and final pay.
