Payroll Officer (Barcelona)

Experteer Overview

In this role you will execute the full payroll process to ensure timely, accurate pay in line with local regulations and internal guidelines. You will work closely with Accounting, Legal, Controlling and HR to support stores on payroll matters and handle corrections, changes and deductions. You will manage terminations, back pay, overtime, and leave accruals to maintain accuracy across the workforce. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a integral fashion group with a strong sustainability and inclusion focus. You will drive improvements in payroll processes while delivering high-quality internal service and collaboration.
