This role sits at the center of a high-volume payroll environment and will play a key role in building processes that can support continued growth.

This is not a maintenance role. It's a build-and-optimize seat for someone who understands payroll at a deep level and can operate in a fast-moving, detail-heavy environment.

The Role

This position will lead the execution of a large-scale, multi-state payroll function with a mix of hourly, salaried, and union populations. You'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency while also improving the underlying systems and workflows that support payroll operations.
