Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day payroll operations, including payroll processing, allowances, and employee record management.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements for local and overseas payroll, including tax filing and reporting.
• Manage year‑end payroll activities, including generating EA, E‑form, and tax audit documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Define the role, set performance expectations, and conduct regular reviews.
• Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Optimize payroll processes for efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
• Generate payroll reports for management, audits, and financial reporting.
