WHAT YOU’LL DO​​

As a Payroll Specialist, you are responsible for payroll accounting and general payroll administration. You ensure that all employees are paid in accordance with local laws and regulations, as well as the Company’s established processing guidelines.​​

You will:​

  • Review, process, and maintain payroll-related documentation, including new hires, employee data changes, terminations, daily workers, and benefits administration.​
  • Maintain accurate employee data and payroll records (electronic and paper) and manage and update Annual Leave and staff lists as well as HMO and Life insurance coverages.​
  • Administer time & attendance and leave management systems, ensuring all records are accurate and aligned with payroll processing requirements.​
