PAYROLL SPECIALIST

A leading multinational FMCG company is seeking to hire a professional to take on key responsibilities in payroll and compensation management within the Human Resources team.

The role involves close coordination with external providers, oversight of internal processes, and participation in strategic projects related to compensation policies.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly Payroll Management

• Supervision and control of payroll calculations in collaboration with the external payroll provider, including data submission and final validation.
• Management of procedures and filings with official bodies and authorities.
• Accounting entry and reconciliation of payroll transactions.
• Support in job evaluation and job analysis processes.
• Maintenance and continuous update of the job architecture / job mapping.
