Job Description
- Maintain records such as payroll records, tax filing reports and voluntary deductions
- Review payroll records, government remittances, employee and dependent HMO
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to the company's strategy and business goals
- Administer payroll processes, policies, and procedures
- Calculate retroactive salary and hourly employee data as assigned
- Follow up with employees and managers the timely submission of Daily Time Records
- Prepare list of employees for submission to BIR including payroll register reconciliation versus 1601C
- Identify and post all the government mandated employee deductions (i.e. SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth, BIR) in a timely manner
