Description
As a Payroll Specialist, you will act as the main point of contact for coordinating payroll across your scope, with the following key responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll operations in coordination with the ADP provider and monitor payroll cycles through to validation, ensuring deadlines are met ;
- Review payroll inputs for accuracy and secure data prior to finalization
- Collect, verify, and input variable payroll elements (time, absences, bonuses, etc.)
- Identify and resolve discrepancies while ensuring data quality
- Contribute to process stabilization and continuous improvement of workflows following ADP implementation
