PAYROLL SPECIALIST – MULTI-PROVINCE and CCQ

Overview

My client, a premier industry leader based in Montreal, is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will serve as the central point for Canadian compensation, ensuring the accuracy of a high-volume weekly payroll cycle.

Location: Montreal (Hybrid model, 2 days/week in office)

System: ADP Workforce Now

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Manage the full weekly payroll cycle for all Canadian employees using ADP Workforce Now.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Process personnel movements including onboarding new hires, salary adjustments, promotions, and calculating final payouts/issuing ROEs.
