Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process employee payroll accurately and on time, including computation of salaries, deductions, overtime, and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy in attendance, leave credits, and other payroll-related data.
- Prepare government remittances such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR reports, ensuring timely filing and payment.
- Generate payroll reports and summaries for management review and auditing purposes.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payslips, deductions, and benefits in a professional and confidential manner.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments for salary adjustments, new hires, and final pay computations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to compensation, benefits, and statutory requirements.
