Payroll Specialist

You will be required to work in a team to process payroll for multiple cycles (main & off‑cycle). At the same time, you will also facilitate to ensure that data interfaced from HR Information System to the Payroll System are accurate to ensure accurate and timely salary pay‑outs. Where required, you will be required to provide feedback and highlight improvements to the systems to enhance operational effectiveness

• Process: Process end‑to‑end payroll for an organization with a headcount of 1,000 or more, including but not limited to, pro‑ration of salary for new hires and resignees, submission of monthly CPF and refunds, submission of NS and Government Paid Leave claims, processing transport/dental claims from employees, ensuring accuracy of bank details and timely submission of bank files, providing payroll GL to the finance team for reconciliation.
