** Responsibilities**:Payroll and compliance with local obligationsProcess local payroll for the different legal entities, which includes union and salaried staff.Integrate and validate all payroll incidents.Ensure payroll calculations are aligned with union, local regulations, and local benefits.Calculation of PTU and work in conjunction with tax areaEnsure timely government payments (payroll tax, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT) and payments to external payroll providers (Si Vale, Skandia, Lockton)Validate the calculation of retirement.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting- More than 5 years of experience processing payroll in Mexico, including union and staff.Experience on integrating analysis and accounting for payroll, integral vision of the payroll process with accountancy.Proficien...
