Payroll / System Transition

Job Details ASAP start until approx. end of October 2026; Using MicrOpay and UKG; and Melbourne CBD – 2 days WFH. Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll professional to assist over the next few months whilst they transition from MicrOpay to UKG. Within a Payroll team of 3, your responsibilities will include: Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing of approx. 400 employees; Assisting with end of year tasks and reporting; Manual processing of bonus payments; Updating employee files including annual salary increases; Data migration; UKG user testing; and Writing processes for the new system.
