We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Paysystems Expert to join our Paysystem Expert Unit within the Core Banking & Clients Tribe. The team’s responsibility is the development and control of clearing and Treasury processes, focusing on the E2E Customer Journey, ensuring the proper operation of the process and enhancing the customer experience while handling day‑to‑day operations and delivering for our retail customers in a simple and efficient manner.

Your key responsibilities:

• Act as first‑line supervisor of a customer service support team and help achieve targets in productivity and turnaround times.
• Identify products or services that best meet the customer’s stated needs and propose quantities and product configurations.
