Tasks
- Monthly management of incidents to be included in the payroll of factory workers.
- Management of terminations, renewals, probationary period of workers by ETT.
- Operator assessment and follow-up with managers.
- Registration, termination, extensions... of workers in the system and documentation management.
- Writing and delivery of sanctions.
- Preparation of incidences to be included in the settlements.
- Manage administrative tasks such as: daily attendance, contracts, payroll queries....
- Assist with departmental reports and KPIs.
Profile
- Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management or similar.
- Will be valued: Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant training in labor relations.
