Job Description
This position is on-site in Doha, Qatar.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for completing Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) of new vehicles. This includes but is not limited to:
- Conducting brief test-drives of vehicles
- Performing exterior inspections
- Identifying transit damage
- Develop and continuously improve company processes for effective quality control during the pre-delivery inspection of vehicles.
- Ensure that new vehicles are cleaned and detailed to high standards before they are delivered to the stockyard/Sales Department.
- Generate detailed reports and identify trends for any issues discovered during the pre-delivery inspection.
- Share quality issues found during PDI with the service department/regional office technical team to report concerns and collaborate on finding solutions.
