Vision for Education are recruiting Sports Coaches to transition into education as Cover Supervisors within secondary school settings.
This role is ideal for confident, organised individuals with a background in sport, coaching, or youth work who are looking to gain classroom experience. As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead classes during the short-term absence of the teacher, delivering pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects, including practical-based lessons where appropriate.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment by managing behaviour, engaging students, completing registers, and providing feedback to teaching staff. Opportunities are available for day-to-...
